We offer a variety of classes designed to improve mood, coordination, strength, flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

An energizing hour of Latin-inspired dance and aerobic movements performed to upbeat music. Dance fitness has a wide range of mental and physical health benefits including:

Jesse has been passionate about fitness and wellness for most of his life. He became a personal trainer in 2007 and has been teaching fitness classes since 2008. In 2012 he graduated from UW with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. After college, he pursued massage therapy school, yoga teacher training, health coaching, and culinary school. He loves learning about nutrition, creating recipes, lifting weights and dancing.
Chrissy RenfroZumba Instructor - Sub
Chrissy has been leading Zumba classes for two years but has been a participant for much longer. During a battle with severe depression a few years ago, attending Zumba was the only two hours a week where she found joy…luckily, the depression has been treated, but the joy continues. A lifelong dance enthusiast, she has also taught ballet, jazz, and cheerleading classes. She works at the University of Wyoming and lives in Laramie with her husband, two daughters, and a variety of pets.
